I'm gonna be honest, I love this shop. The old school feel, the service, and the prices. I came in with no appointment because this place was a last minute find on Google (new to the area) to get an oil change and spark plugs on my VW Taos. They took it in and got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. This trip cost me almost 1/2 less than the dealership. The staff was super nice and helpful. I'll be back for other maintenance on my Taos in the future. Thank you The Car Shop for giving my peace of mind that I have a new mechanic. I also met your shop cat. She's precious.
Brian was incredibly helpful & informative throughout the whole process with my VW Jetta! The dealership quoted me 5k for a head gasket replacement, but Brian figured out the real issue was just a water pump leak & fixed it quickly for a fair price. So thankful for his honesty and expertise! Will definitely be using The Car Shop for all my future automotive needs. 10/10 recommend!!
Been using Brian's shop for 10 years or so. My wife and I always get great results here. I should have left a dozen glowing reviews by now, but I've been negligent. I just had a bunch of stuff done to my 2007 GX470 (Tune up, Trans Fluid Flush, Rear Brake Pads, Replaced Rear Suspension Air Bags). My SUV drives like new now. I've personally referred dozens of our clients to Brian and his crew at The Car Shop without hesitation, and they always deliver for our clients. If you're vehicle needs work, regardless of make or model, The Car Shop will do a great job and stand behind their work. You can't go wrong, give them a call!
Brian did a diagnosis of my car’s air conditioner, discovered the Problem which was costly….the labor is intensive, but while the dash was out, he detected a couple of other things that could only be replaced without the dash off. Very honest and shared pictures during the process.
I took my 2018 Kia Soul here and Brian was extremely easy to work with. He diagnosed the issue and had me back on the road for just a couple hundred bucks. When my AC stopped working a couple days later, I took it back and it turned out to just be the cold snap messing with how cold the car was getting inside. The second visit cost me nothing. Knowledgable, affordable and overall outstanding experience. I will be bringing all 3 of my family's vehicles here instead of the dealership.
