Natosha Gaines Realtor Claimed

Gloucester County isn't just where I sell homes. It's where I was born, raised, and have lived and worked my entire life. As a proud Deptford native, I know these neighborhoods, schools, and communities firsthand, and that local knowledge is what makes me the go-to REALTOR® for buyers and sellers across Gloucester County and South Jersey.
Before real estate, I spent 20 years as a nurse. That career taught me to listen, be patient, and guide people through big life moments with compassion, and I bring that same care to every client I serve.
I also have a real passion for education. As a new homeowner myself, I know how life-changing it is to realize homeownership is within reach. Too many people assume it isn't possible for them, and I love showing them that it is. Through workshops, one-on-one conversations, and honest guidance, I help people understand the process so they can move forward with confidence.
I specialize in:
Seniors and downsizing: helping you move to a home that fits this season of life, with patience and a clear plan every step of the way
First-time homebuyers: walking you through the process from pre-approval to closing day so you feel confident, not overwhelmed
Finding the right fit: whether you're growing your family, simplifying, or making a fresh start, I help you find a home that truly matches your life
Whether you're buying, selling, or both, my goal is simple: make your move smooth, stress-free, and successful.
