Everyone that I have encountered at this practice has been very nice and pleasant to deal with. However, every single appointment, whether it was a procedure or a follow-up, has been rescheduled for one reason or another. Previously, I had a follow up scheduled for 7:30am so I wouldn't have to miss work. They called and told me that the provider's next appt wasn't until 10:30am, so they needed me to come in later because they couldn't have a gap in the schedule. Today's appt for an injection was rescheduled because the equipment is down and currently being repaired. I was told if it is fixed today, they still couldn't see me because the doctor has already left. This was at 9am, on a Friday before a holiday weekend. I'm already frustrated from being in so much pain and now have to be rescheduled again and wait yet another week. Once I get in the office, everything is great, but getting in there has been a nightmare! Thank goodness I have a job that is willing to be flexible with me.

Dr. Mascaró is truly a doctor by vocation. His goal is to help my wife , Norma, obtain relief in the most efficient and helpful way possible. He is genuine in his concern of the patient and does with love, understanding and respectful way! We recommend him 1000%. If only all doctors were that way, this world would be healthier and happier! God has blessed this doctor!

The office took me right in The doctor is amazing! We sat and talked a while so I could understand everything. He answered all my questions.. I was totally at ease and understood the whole procedure. Everything went perfectly-And no complications with my quick recovery! Highly!!!! Recommend this doctor

After being struck by a car on my electric bike I came here for herniated disks in neck and back .after stressing how much pain I still am in and never even mentioned pain meds I was told first thing before anything else I don't prescribe pain meds for those types of injuries. I have only received 1 trigger point injection in my neck and was forced to choose a injury the neck or back they said they can only treat one then I was told on my second injection I was getting the same thing as before but it was not ..... Water a placebo .. I have only got 2 shots since Nov . The so called doctors here need to treat there patients with more respect and kindness and not allow their patients to suffer needlessly. Thanks to my other real doctor's I will be getting a new referral without even having to request one they have seen the pain I suffer with on a constant daily basis hummmm.

Dr Mascaro is a kind compassionate person who listens to my concerns, gives feedback allowing the me to be completely satisfied with my decisions. I look forward to his pleasant and reassuring welcomes when I arrive for an appointment.
